Supporting the whole Marketing team with the delivery of communications in support of business objectives and helps to ensure the consistent and compelling delivery of the brand.
Communication objective to build trust and confidence in the business and enhance the reputation both internally and externally.
The role will require an all-round creative person who can work on projects across different brands and media.
This will require day to day management of priorities and resources, close interaction with the full marketing team and SMEs across the business.

Principle Accountabilities
- Research topics and audience challenges to produce compelling, creative and credible copy.
- Optimise content by channel, using SEO practices, ensuring compliance and brand guidelines.
- Write engaging and informative content at volume and pace.
- Work in partnership with wider Marketing SMEs to ensure that the finished product is on brief and is creatively outstanding.
- Champion the value of high-quality copywriting across the business.
- Prioritise and juggle resource when fast track/unplanned projects arise.
- Quality-check communications activity against brand tone of voice and identity guidelines.
- Support the wider business with more technical writing.
Skills and Experience:
- 4 + years as a creative copywriter in a communications/digital/marketing environment.
- Storytelling experience with a passion for creativity from conceptual thinking to final output.
- Broad portfolio of experience across a variety of industry sectors and mediums including digital channels, direct marketing etc
- Experience writing complex copy
- You’re flexible and creative in your approach and prepared to make a difference.
- Ability to decipher complex information, summarise into a clear, concise and structured message.
- A quick learner, with strong initiative. Positive, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, with a strong “can do” attitude.
