Senior Social Media Executive

Remote with travel along the M4 corridor


About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Social Media Executive to join a growing and dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis. They will be confident in developing innovative campaigns, staying ahead of digital trends, and driving brand awareness through compelling storytelling and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Plan and execute content shoots to support campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to connect with target audiences across social platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across marketing efforts.
  • Implement A/B testing and track KPIs to measure the success of campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a social media marketing role, either within a company or through personal brand growth.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Proficiency in image and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to interpret social media insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence required due to travel expectations.
