  • Manage site updates, system integrations, and third-party platforms to align with business goals.
  • Ensure data integrity across inventory, order processing, and customer information systems.

Team Management and Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a small team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing, wholesale, and production, to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Be proactive and reactive to external factors, such as trends, news, and customer behaviour.

About You

  • Proven experience in eCommerce management, with both front-end and back-end responsibilities (Shopify experience preferred).
  • Strong creative vision combined with an analytical approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in using eCommerce tools and platforms to monitor and improve performance.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in international eCommerce is a bonus.

Benefits

  • Generous staff discount.
  • Pension contributions increasing with tenure.
  • 1 day working from home
