Internal Communications Manager – Hybrid
Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive Internal Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of their internal communications strategy. As the Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring cohesive and impactful communication across all levels of the organisation. Your work will be key in aligning communication strategies with the company’s objectives, fostering engagement, and supporting the organisation’s overall mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of HR to design and implement an internal communication strategy that effectively conveys the organisation’s purpose, values, and business priorities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver communication initiatives that enhance company-wide understanding of key projects and priorities.
- Oversee the internal communications request process, ensuring the creation of engaging and timely content for various internal platforms.
- Support crisis communication efforts and manage both virtual and in-person events to maintain a well-connected and informed workforce.
- Drive employee engagement by integrating feedback into communication strategies and supporting Employee Voice activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies.
- Strong content creation and writing skills, with experience using diverse communication methods.
- Experience working on complex strategic and change initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive cross-organisational communication efforts.
