We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join this fast-paced B2C business seeing extraordinary growth. In this pivotal role, you will lead the digital marketing and e-commerce team across a range of digital channels, combining your commercial awareness with a strong attention to detail. Your focus will be on driving the ongoing development of the website and stores, product catalogue management, and overseeing monthly product launches, all while ensuring optimal site functionality and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for writing and delivering the ecommerce & digital strategy
- Continuously analyse sales and performance, ensuring traffic and conversion targets are met year-round.
- Manage a product launch schedule, preparing and optimising products on a continual basis.
- Review and enhance product pages and promotional plans to drive sales and engagement.
- Create and optimise all website products, including writing compelling copy to highlight product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless operations and achievement of company KPIs.
- Lead the e-commerce and digital marketing team, ensuring the delivery of key projects and deadlines.
- Plan and execute yearly projects aimed at site development and optimisation.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify is required.
- Competence in Google Sheets and Excel for data management and analysis.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for B2C digital and with a creative mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
