We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join this dynamic marketing team, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and social media.
- Manage and execute paid social media campaigns and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives with internal teams and agencies.
- Oversee website updates using the CMS and work on improving user experience and website projects.
- Plan and schedule social media content, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Use marketing automation tools to drive campaign success and promote B2B services.
- Work with the internal design team to create engaging assets for social media, emails, and PPC campaigns.
- Analyse digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to optimize results.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends and contribute to the long-term success of the strategy.
Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B setting, ideally with knowledge of content writing, marketing automation, and social media.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and editing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Experience using website CMS, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, and Adobe (desirable).
- Certifications in Google Analytics or other digital marketing qualifications (desirable).
