We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an Email Marketing, Content, and Web Trading Specialist
Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing three UK websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaigns: Take the lead in conceptualizing, planning, and executing compelling email campaigns. Collaborate closely with a creative freelancer to bring your ideas to life, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.
Content Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of captivating content on our UK websites. Work with the copy and content executive to ensure product copy is not only aligned with deadlines but also resonates with our audience.
Web Trading: Drive the trading strategy for our websites, ensuring all relevant deadlines are met and each season's products are uploaded accurately. Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to execute successful web trading strategies.
Photography Coordination: Manage the online photography process, collaborating with freelancers to produce visually appealing product imagery. Plan ahead to meet seasonal content needs and maintain a consistent visual identity across brands.
Data-Driven Approach: Analyze the performance of email campaigns and web trading initiatives using a data-driven approach. Interpret results and proactively suggest tactical plans for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of our strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in email marketing, content creation, and web trading.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with customers.
- Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful email campaigns, content creation, and web trading.
- High attention to detail, ensuring impeccable grammar and spelling in all communications.
- Excellent planning and project coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
